Before today’s riding could commence, Abel said Doc and AJ had to find a good piece of shoulder to ride on. Unfortunately, they spent the first 6 hours of the day looking to find this elusive good piece of shoulder.

They did, however, find four bungee cords, two dead frogs, one penny, and a contact that dropped out of AJ’s eye. When Abel realized what was happening, he let their search continue until it got too hot to sit in the shade of the truck without the benefit of moving air.

Relying, once again, on Joe’s GPS *bless his heart* to find ourselves some fast downhill runs, AJ and Doc experience all the comforts of riding 28 miles straight up mini-mountains. Doc, our littlest warrior, was overheard mumbling about cotton-pickin’ GPS systems and young whippersnappers and their new-fangled technological gadgets.

After the 28 excruciating miles of itty bitty molehills, Doc and AJ decide to flag down some bikers and ask for a lift to the nearest watering hole. To her delight, AJ found that one of the bikers was a blast from the past, Snake. He’s been pining for her since she gave him the brush off last year. Now that he’s tracked her down, he hopes to snatch her up as his motorcycle mama again.

The locals seemed indifferent to our presence though Doc did think he heard a moo that sounded a tad sarcastic.

Maybe it was the heat or the stifling humidity, but our rag-tag group seemed to think that this random tree reminded them of a rabbit. *Note—this is what happens when you are on the road too long with only Joe’s GPS (bless his heart) to guide you.*

Ahhh, Joseph. AJ is fancying up her bike just for you. Accompanying Pig 4 (who possesses quite a great squeak/honk) is the yodeling pickle that has been a hit with everyone that has been blessed to hear his yodel. Hmmmm…what AJ will add next?
